1年前、私は1111.mnのデータセットに対してかなり単純な探索的データ分析を行いました。それ以来、そのデータセットにアクセスできたのは私だけでした。もしこのデータセットを一般公開して、研究者やデータサイエンティストが恩恵を受けられるようにしたらどうなるか、ずっと考えていました。そして今日、私はモンゴル語で初めてでありながら最大規模のオープンデータセットの公開を嬉しく思って発表します。
1111.mnは、政府機関と一般市民をつなぐために設計されたウェブサイトです。誰でも苦情、批判、あるいは単なる要請を申し立てるチケットを発行することができ、それが特定の政府機関に転送されます。
内容
データセットには、2012年10月13日から2018年11月12日まで（6年間）の80036件のレコードが含まれています。以下に説明する6つのフィールドがあります。
- 機関：1111.mnの担当者が転送した政府機関の名前。
- 内容：チケットのテキスト内容。
- 作成日時：チケットの作成日付と時刻。元の内容は自然言語形式（「1日前」など）であったため、この部分を前処理する必要がありました。私はmayaという素晴らしい日時変換ライブラリを使用しました。
- 情報ソース：チケットが電話で、直接、または～を通じて発行されたかどうか。
- ステータス：チケットのステータス。問題が解決されたかどうか。
- 種類：チケットの種類。苦情？要請？
