これは、[*Data Science for Good: Kiva Crowdfunding*](https://www.kaggle.com/kiva/data-science-for-good-kiva-crowdfunding) チャレンジに対する補足データセットです。Kivaチャレンジでは、**kiva_loans.csv** ファイルに借り手の所在地を含む大量のローンレコードが含まれています。このデータセットは、これらの所在地の緯度と経度を提供します。
元のデータセットには、**loan_themes_by_region.csv** という別のファイルも含まれており、提供されるローンテーマの地理的な所在地に関する追加情報を提供します。ただし、借り手の所在地はローンテーマの所在地よりも大幅に多く、これら2つの所在地が必ずしも同じであるとは限りません。このデータセットは、Google Maps Geocoding APIを介してすべての借り手の所在地の地理コードを直接取得することで、この問題を解決しようとしています。
内容
CSVには4つの列があります。「Region」と「country」は、**kiva_loans.csv** の対応するフィールドと一致します。「Latitude」と「longitude」は自明です。Google Maps APIから有効な結果が得られなかったクエリは、緯度=-999、経度=-999で示されます。
地理コードは手動で検証されておらず、注意して使用する必要があります。元のデータセットの誤りやGoogle Mapsの自動修正により、不適切なクエリ結果が生じる可能性があります。
