HARRISONは、Facebook、Twitter、Instagramなどのソーシャルメディア上の画像にタグ付け（tag）を行った画像データセットで、57383枚の画像が含まれています。各画像には平均4.5個のタグが付けられており、これらのタグは出現頻度の高い上位1000語から選ばれています。
ハッシュタグは、接頭文字「＃」が付加された任意の単語として定義され、Facebook、Twitter、Instagramなどのオンラインソーシャルネットワークサービス（SNS）で使用されます。オンラインソーシャルネットワークの普及に伴い、ハッシュタグはユーザーの投稿内容を要約し、フォロワーの注意を引くためによく使われます。ソーシャルメディアの時代において、適切なハッシュタグを推薦することは非常に興味深く有用なタスクです。
我々は、画像のハッシュタグ推薦に用いる新しいベンチマークであるHARRISON、つまりソーシャルネットワーク上の実世界の画像に対するハッシュタグ推薦を紹介します。HARRISONデータセットは、Instagramから収集した57,383枚の写真と、各写真に平均4.5個（最少1個、最多10個）の関連するハッシュタグが付けられた現実的なデータセットです。各画像の正解タグは、最も頻繁に使用される1,000個のタグから構成され、頻度のランキング結果に基づいて数字でコード化されています。
