***ウルドゥー語/ヒンディー語のニュース見出し、様々な機械学習アルゴリズムを用いたテキスト分類***
ウルドゥー語のテキストを分類することは非常に難しいタスクです。特に、複数の機械学習アルゴリズムで複数のクラスを実装する場合です。この論文では、BBCウルドゥー語やウルドゥーポイントなどのニュース機関からウルドゥー語のニュース見出しを積極的にスクレイピングしています。私たちのコーパスには、（軍隊、国際、エンターテインメント、教育、事故、地域、スポーツ、天気）の8つのカテゴリーに属する141,289語の新しい単語が含まれています。機械学習アルゴリズムはデータに直接適用することができなかったため、ストップワードの除去や特徴ベクトルなどの前処理手法を適用しました。私たちのモデルはテキストを複数のカテゴリーに分類し、様々な機械学習アルゴリズムを比較した結果、リッジ分類器が最も良い予測器であり、最大87％の精度を達成しました。
