内容
このデータセットは金融商品に関する消費者苦情から構成されており、消費者苦情のテキストを以下のカテゴリに分類する方法を見ていきます：債権回収、消費者ローン、住宅ローン、クレジットカード、信用情報、学生ローン、銀行口座またはサービス、ペイデイローン、送金、その他の金融サービス、プリペイドカード。また、データセットから企業を特定しようとします。
