好熱性スピロヘータのチオ硫酸塩輸送タンパク質YeeE（PDBコード6LEO）の結晶構造。
波長1.44ÅのEIGER X 9M検出器を使用して、複数の小型ウェッジデータセットを、BL32XU、SPring - 8上の15×10μmビームを用いた多結晶データ収集方案と統合することで、完全なデータセットを取得しました。ネイティブデータセットについては、515個の結晶から10°の回転範囲と0.1°の振動範囲の回折画像を収集しました。SeMetデータセットについては、326個の結晶から7°の回転範囲と0.1°の振動範囲の回折画像を収集しました。すべての回折画像はZooシステムによって自動収集され、その後KAMOとXDSを使用して処理されました。
