この公開ファイルには、雇用主の労働条件申請書（ETA 9035 及び 9035E フォーム）の行政データと、労働省外国人労働認証局（就業・訓練局）が処理した認証決定が含まれています。これらの決定は 2017 年 10 月 1 日以降、2018 年 9 月 30 日以前に発行されたものです。すべてのデータは、外国人労働認証局の iCERT ビザポータルシステムから抽出されたものです。このシステムは、雇用主が H - 1B 非移民労働者を申請するための電子申請及び申請処理システムです。
