このデータセットは、2019年4月時点の[OpenPowerlifting](https://www.openpowerlifting.org/)データベースのスナップショットです。OpenPowerliftingは、パワーリフティングの歴史を公開ドメインで保存するアーカイブを作成しています。パワーリフティングは、選手がウェイトクラスごとに、スクワット、ベンチプレス、デッドリフトの3種目のバーベル挙上で最も重い重量を挙上することを競うスポーツです。
内容
データは`openpowerlifting.csv`で表されており、大会（競技会）に関するすべての情報と、それらの大会に参加した選手に関する情報が含まれています。
このデータセットのバージョン1には、`meets.csv`と`openpowerlifting.csv`の2つのファイルが含まれていました。`meets.csv`は、OpenPowerliftingデータベースに含まれるすべての大会（競技会）の記録です。`openpowerlifting.csv`は、それらの大会に参加したすべての選手の記録であり、彼らが大会で記録した統計データと挙上重量が含まれています。
バージョン2以降では、`meets.csv`は`openpowerlifting.csv`に統合され、同じ情報が含まれています。
