内容
バス故障と遅延システムは、現場で運行している校巴業者からリアルタイムに情報を収集します。路線中に遅延に遭遇したバスのスタッフは、バス業者の中央事務所のディスパッチャーに無線で連絡するよう指示されています。その後、バス業者のスタッフはバス故障と遅延システムにログインしてイベントを記録し、OPTに通知するよう指示されます。OPTのカスタマーサービス担当者は、このシステムを使用して、バスサービスに関する質問をする保護者に情報を提供します。バス故障と遅延システムは公開されており、リアルタイムに更新されます。システム内のすべての情報は校巴業者のスタッフによって入力されます。
