これらのデータセットには、NBAドラフトクラスとその後の高度な統計データの情報が含まれています。目的は、どのドラフトクラスが他のクラスよりも優れているかを評価し、どの点で優れているかを明らかにすることです（上位10位により多くのスター選手がいたのか、中位や下位でより多くの頑健なロールプレイヤーがいたのかなど）。私はこのデータの分析を[ここ][1]に投稿しましたが、まだ多くのことができます。たとえば、私の最初の分析ではドラフト全体を見ているだけで、上位10位、上位30位、または上位60位の選抜ごとに細分化していません。また、私は2000年以降のドラフトのみを分析しましたが、アップロードしたデータセットには1978年までの情報が含まれています。このデータはbaskeball-reference.comからスクレイピングしたものです。
2つのデータセットがあります。
season78は、以下のフィールドを持っています。

- WS：そのシーズンに獲得した勝利貢献度。
draft78は、以下のフィールドを持っています。

- Draft：ドラフト年。
