## はじめに
[ラ・リーガ](https://www.laliga.es/)には公開APIがないため、私はウェブスクレイパーを開発することに決めました。これにより、ラ・リーガの選手に関する情報と彼らの過去のシーズン（2018/19）の成績を取得でき、データサイエンティストやデータ愛好家がそれを扱い、独自の結論や研究を行うことができます。
