さて、機械学習は現在、そのような体験を提供する上で極めて重要な役割を果たしています。満足した顧客と不満な顧客を予測する能力は、企業が顧客体験を改善する上で良い出発点となります。
トリップアドバイザーは世界最大の旅行サイトで、ホテル、航空券、レストランなどを比較して予約することができます。この課題で提供されるデータセットは、顧客によるホテルレビューのサンプルから構成されています。顧客のレビューを分析することで、彼らは自社ウェブサイトに掲載されているホテルについて、つまりホテルが顧客を良く接遇しているか、また期待どおりのホスピタリティサービスを提供しているかを理解するのに役立ちます。
このデータセットでは、顧客が満足しているか不満であるかを予測する必要があります。
