コンテキスト
ここ数ヶ月間、様々なコミュニティメンバーと開発者が、現在イーサリアムの開発に取り組んでいる一流の開発者たちにインタビューを行ってきました。私たちは約100人の開発者にインタビューを行い、さらに多くのインタビューを予定しています。
目的は、収集されたこれらすべてのデータを利用して、オープンソースコミュニティが必要とする最も重要な開発者ツールとインフラストラクチャのニーズを特定することです。その後、ネットワークのスケーリングと優秀な人材の獲得に必要なツールとインフラストラクチャの構築に完全に取り組むチームに報酬を支払うことができます。
