このデータセットは、ガウス過程（GPs）を使用して、典型的な平日/週末の3つの異なる時点（午前8時、午後2時、午後8時）における都市全体（ペンシルベニア州ピッツバーグ）の道路網の交通速度分布を学習し、推論する方法を示しています。
内容
このデータセットには、トレーニングセット、予測セット、および（道路）セグメントデータフレームの3つの別々のCSVファイルが含まれています。トレーニングセットには、複数月にわたる典型的な平日/週末の3つの異なる時刻（午前8時、午後2時、午後8時）に、選択された道路区間（交通センサーが設置されている場所）の観測された（平均）交通速度が含まれています。各道路区間は、その2つの端点の経度と緯度（xとy）座標によって指定されます。予測セットは、センサーが設置されていないすべての道路区間をカバーする、都市の道路網全体にわたる（空間的に推論された）交通速度を拡張します。トレーニングセットと同様に、対象期間は典型的な平日/週末のそれら3つの時点です。
