# 内容
このデータセットには、1816年から2001年までの全ての国際システムにおける領土主張が含まれており、関係者、日付、主張された領土の重要性、およびこれらの主張の軍事化に関する情報が含まれています。領土主張とは、特定の領土に対する主権を主張する2つ以上の国家間の明示的な争いと定義されます。公式の政府代表者（つまり、自国の外交政策立場を表明する権限を持つ個人）が、同じ領土に対する主権を主張する明示的な声明を行わなければなりません。
私たちの目標は、現代において国家が特定の問題について意見が一致しなかったケースを特定すること、およびそれらの問題が彼らにとって価値があった理由を測定し、彼らがそれらの問題を管理または解決する方法を選択したかを研究することです。戦争の問題相関（ICOW）プロジェクトは、いかなる領土主張に関する公式立場も支持しません。特定のケースの包含/除外、およびそれらのケースに関連する詳細のコーディングは、プロジェクトのコーディングマニュアルに示された厳格なガイドラインに従います。
