ロシアの選挙の歴史を通じて、投票結果にはいくつか興味深い異常が見られます。あなたはこのデータセットを使ってそれらを見つけることができます。
内容
このデータセットの各行は、ロシアの選挙システムの最下層である地方選挙委員会からの詳細な投票結果です。地方選挙の投票所は、近所に住む少数の人々が投票する手段を提供しています。多くの場合、各投票所に登録された有権者の数は1000～2000人です。ただし、海外のロシア大使館に設置された投票所では、登録有権者の数は最大7000人に達することがあります。
