背景
GADMのRDSシェイプファイルは空間統計解析に使用できます。 シェイプファイルを使用すると、既存の空間依存関係を利用し、 地理的特徴を抽出して予測を強化することができます。
内容
データの期間と収集方法は国によって異なります（詳細な情報はgadm.orgで確認できます）。RDSファイル（SpatialPolygonsDataframe）はR環境用に作成されており、操作が簡単です。一度読み込むと（readRDS関数）、他の地理参照データと相互作用できます（例えば、観測データを特定の地域に割り当てる）。ファイル名の末尾の数字はNUTSレベルを示しています（https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Nomenclature_of_Territorial_Units_for_Statistics)）。
現在、以下の国のNUTSレベルが収録されています：
フィリピン（PHL）
