SEERA（スーダンのソフトウェアエンジニアリング）コスト見積りデータセット：技術的および経済的に制約された環境のデータセットです。これは、スーダンの42の組織から120のソフトウェア開発プロジェクトのデータを収集した結果です。SEERAデータセットには76の属性が含まれており、現在のコスト見積りデータセットとは異なり、コーディング前に生データを含むメタデータとサブ属性が追加されています。このデータセットは、現在、開発途上国や制約された環境におけるソフトウェア産業により関連性の高いデータを提供する上での空白を埋めています。
