大豆濃縮タンパク質および分離物の製造過程におけるDNA断片化と遺伝子組み換え定量を評価するために、遺伝子組み換え大豆イベントGTS 40 - 3 - 2（RRS）を0.9％、2％、3％、5％および10％の質量パーセントで従来型大豆と混合しました。定性的PCRおよびリアルタイムPCR技術を用いて、すべての主要製品および副産物中の分類群特異的レクチンと外来性cp4 epsps標的レベルを検出し、RRSマーカー閾値とトレーサビリティに実際的な意義があります。
製造工程に沿って、大部分のDNAは主要産物に分布し、DNAの分解が見られました。全体的な観点から、2種類の大豆タンパク質の製造過程では、レクチン標的の分解がcp4 epsps標的を上回っていました。したがって、最終タンパク質製品中の遺伝子組み換え含有量は、原料中のRRSの実際の質量パーセントよりも高くなります。我々の研究結果は、遺伝子組み換え表示法の改善と消費者の権利保護に役立ちます。
