東北大学の熱延鋼帯表面欠陥データセットです。このデータセットは東北大学の宋克臣などの教師によって収集されたもので、データは3つの部分から構成されています。
（1）NEU表面欠陥データベース
このデータセットには、介在物、スクラッチ、圧入スケール、クラック、ピット、パッチの6種類の欠陥が収集されており、それぞれの欠陥について300枚の画像があり、画像サイズは200×200です。データセットには分類と目標検出の2つの部分が含まれていますが、目標検出のアノテーションには少量の誤りがあるので注意が必要です。一部の例を以下に示します。
（2）微小表面欠陥データベース
微小型の鋼帯欠陥データで、欠陥のサイズは約6×6ピクセルです。
（3）油汚れ欠陥データベース
油汚れの干渉がある珪素鋼表面欠陥データセットです。
