xBDデータセットはこれまでのところ初の建物破壊評価データセットであり、注釈付きの高解像度衛星画像の中でも規模が大きく、品質が高い公共データセットの一つです。
このデータセットには22068枚の画像が含まれており、すべて1024*1024の高解像度衛星リモートセンシング画像で、19種類の異なるイベントがラベル付けされています。地震、洪水、山火事、火山噴火、自動車事故などが含まれます。これらの画像には災害前と災害後の画像が含まれており、画像は位置特定と損傷評価の2つのタスクを構築するために使用できます。

データセットにはTrain訓練セット、Testテストセット、Holdout保留セットおよび Tier3データセットが含まれます：
Train訓練セットは、画素分割タスクに画像ペア（災害前と災害後）と建物および損傷程度に関するグラウンドトゥルース情報を提供します。
Testテストセットは画像のみを提供し、チャレンジのランキングに使用されます。
Holdout保留セットはチャレンジ期間中は秘密にされ、検証済みのチャレンジチームが提出した結果の汎化性能をテストすることを目的としています。
Tier3データセットはチャレンジの途中で利用可能で、追加/補足訓練セットとして提供され、追加の災害期間と地理的な領域をカバーしています。
