私たちのデータ収集プロセスのパイプライン。まず、写真収集担当者を500以上の異なる小売店に配置し、1万枚以上の高解像度の棚の画像を収集しました。次に、事前学習済みの検出モデルを使用して、潜在的な関心対象物体のバウンディングボックスを抽出します。その後、人間のアノテーターが誤ったバウンディングボックスを破棄します。これには、大きく遮蔽された画像や有効な小売商品ではない画像が含まれます。残りの画像はアノテーターによってアノテーション付けされます。
RP2Kデータセットの分類情報
他のデータセットと比較すると、私たちのデータセットはかなり多くのカテゴリを持ちながら、適切な数の画像を維持しています。
細粒度認識におけるロングテール問題。利用可能な画像の数が減少するにつれて、認識精度も低下する傾向があります。
