文脈
開普敦大学（UCT）保健科学部での研究インターンシップの範囲内で、肩甲骨の関節窩バージョンや傾斜などの特徴と統計的形状モデルのパラメータとの相関を見つける必要がありました。
私はScalismoに基づくScalaアプリを開発し、統計的形状モデル（SSM）の生成特性を利用して、必要なだけ大きなデータベースを構築しました。
SSMは76個の肩甲骨を用いて構築されたため、潜在的なバイアスが低減されます。
内容
各行は、肩甲骨の3Dモデルであるメッシュを表しており、その特徴（重要肩角、傾斜、バージョン、幅、長さ）と、最初の10個の主成分に投影されたSSMのパラメータが含まれています。
