この公立学校の特徴データセットは、データ共通コア（CCD、https://nces.ed.gov/ccd/ ）、国立教育統計センター（NCES、https://nces.ed.gov ）、米国教育省によって定義された、2014 - 2015年度の米国のすべての公立初等および中等教育施設で構成されています。これには、データ共通コアによって追跡される幼稚園から12学年までのすべての学校が含まれます。このデータセットには、米国領土内の軍事学校が含まれており、都市フィールドにはAPOまたはFPOの住所が参照されています。NCESデータに含まれる、米国または米国領土外の国防総省学校は除外されています。このフィーチャクラスには、NGAによって承認されたすべてのMEDS/MEDS+が含まれています。完全なフィールドと属性情報は、「エンティティと属性」メタデータセクションで入手できます。地理的なカバレッジは上のサムネイルに示されており、メタデータの場所キーワードセクションで詳細が記載されています。このリリースには、1830件の新しいレコードの追加と、100540件のレコードの空間位置および/または属性の変更が含まれています。ADDRESS2フィールドは削除されました。該当する場合は、以前ADDRESS2にあった値がADDRESSに連結されています。このフィーチャクラスにはリレーションシップクラスがありません。
