内容
議員質問は、欧州議会の議員が他の欧州連合機関や団体に対して提出する質問です。これらは、他のEU機関や団体に対する議会監査の直接的な形態です。
議員質問には3種類あります。
- 全会議で取り扱われ、当日の討論に含まれる口頭回答用の質問。決議に続くこともあります（規則128）
- 全会議の質問時間に行われる質問（規則129）
- 書面回答を求める書面質問（規則130）
書面宣言は、欧州連合の管轄内の事項にのみ関係する最大200語の文章です。ただし、これらは議会を拘束するものではありません。つまり、議会の立場を代表する議会の行為とは見なされず、作成者と署名者の立場のみを代表するものです。
背景
これは、EUオープンデータポータルがホストする欧州議会のデータセットです。オープンデータポータルは[こちら](http://data.europa.eu/euodp/en/home)にあり、持ち込まれるデータの量に応じて情報を更新します。Kaggleを使って欧州議会のデータを探索し、欧州議会の[組織ページ](https://www.kaggle.com/eu-parliament)を通じて利用可能なすべてのデータソースを探索してください！
