このデータセットには135,181件のイベントが含まれています。GED 17.1は、1989年1月1日から2016年12月31日までの地球全体（シリアを除く）を対象としたグローバルなデータセットです。
このデータセットの最大（最良）空間解像度は個々の村または町です。データセットは完全に地理コード化されています。データセットの最大（最良）時間解像度は日です。
