背景
2017年春、オランダの市民は新しい政府を選出しました。オランダの制度では、有権者は自分が選んだ政党の候補者1人に投票します。これにより最終的に、国会（総数150議席）に占める議席数で政党のランキングが決まります。そして、どの政党も過半数を獲得しないため、連立協議（「結成」）が始まります。各市町村は選挙の実施と集計を担当します。
内容
ファイル **amstk17.csv** には、アムステルダムのすべての投票所で発行された投票用紙の枚数と、政党ごとの実際の得票数が含まれています。このデータはキースラート（選挙委員会）のウェブサイトから取得され、アムステルダムのオープンデータソースと統合されて、各投票所のGPS座標が追加されました。データはきれいに整理されており（私がGoogleマップですべての投票所のGPS座標を確認し、必要に応じて修正しました）、重複もなく利用可能です。
ファイル **ams_buurt.json** は、オランダのアムステルダム市の各区（「ウィーク」）の多角形形状を含むGeoJSONファイルです。Pythonのgeopandasパッケージで使用できます（テスト済み）。このファイルは、2017年のオランダ国会選挙のアムステルダムの選挙結果のヒートマップなどを作成する作業を支援するために含まれています。たとえば、左派のエリートが市内の中央運河沿いに住んでいるというのは本当でしょうか？新左派の支持者はアムステルダムのどこに住んでいるのでしょうか？
