**データセットの説明:**
- このデータセットには、2001年と2011年の国勢調査に基づくインドの各地区の人口データが含まれています。
- このデータの特別な点は、各地区と州の重心が含まれていることです。
- 地区の重心は、各地区の境界を2次元平面上の緯度/経度の点の多角形としてマッピングし、その平均中心を計算することで求められます。
- 州の重心は、州を構成するすべての地区の加重平均中心を計算することで求められます。人口数が各地区に割り当てられる重みとなります。
