動物行動の自動定量分析は、疾病、薬物、遺伝子変異および神経回路の干渉を評価する重要なツールです。自動化された行動分析は、人間による評価の内在的な制約（時間、コスト、再現性）を解消し、研究者が通常の研究よりも長い時間範囲で行動を研究することを可能にします。
私たちは、単一のマウスの行動を識別する汎用システムを提供しています。このシステムは、8種類の定型的なマウス行動（摂食、飲水、清掃、吊り下がり、微動、後ろ座り、休息、歩行）を識別するように学習されています。家庭用ケージ内のマウスのビデオが与えられると、システムは各フレームにこれら8種類の行動のいずれかをラベル付けします。
私たちのシステムを通じて、2つのマウス行動データベースも公開しています。完全なデータベースには、十数時間にわたる連続的にラベル付けされたマウスの行動が含まれています。切り抜かれたデータベースには、4200個の短いクリップが含まれており、これらは各種行動の最も明確な例です。私たちは近い将来に学習フレームワークを公開する予定で、他の研究者が私たちのフレームワークを使って新しい行動を識別できるようにします。
