ニューヨーク市タクシー乗車時間挑戦に関する毎時の気象データ
ここに、ニューヨーク市タクシー乗車時間挑戦に関する詳細な気象データがあります。多くの参加者が日次の気象データを使用していることに気づき、pickup_datetime が与えられているので、ニューヨーク市（デフォルトは KNYC 局）の毎時のデータを使うことで機械学習の精度を向上させることができると思いました。GitHub 上の Python コードは、どの都市に対しても同じデータを返すことができます。
内容
Wundergrounds の API は JSON 形式で毎時の気象データを提供しますが、ほとんどの人は csv 形式の完全なデータセットを欲していると思います。i は英制、m はメートル法を表しているので、返される値の相対的な単位が異なります（例：華氏 vs. 摂氏）。
値が -9999 または -999 の場合は、Null または不適用 (NA) の変数を表します。（バージョン 2 では NaN に置き換えられます）
