MPII Human Shapeは、表現力豊かな3D人体形状モデルのファミリーであり、人体形状空間の構築、操作、評価のためのツールです。人体形状空間は、広く使用されている統計的な身体表現に基づいており、これまでに最も大規模な商用スキャンデータベースであるCAESARデータセットから学習されています。モデルを学習するために数千のスキャンデータを前処理すること自体が課題であるため、我々はスキャンの位置合わせに関する堅牢なベストプラクティスソリューションを開発することで貢献し、定量的に最良の学習モデルを得ることに成功しました。我々はモデルとツールを公開しています。広範な評価により、新しいモデルの精度と汎用性が向上していること、また疎な入力データからの人体再構築において優れた性能を示すことがわかりました。
