これらは、地図上で郡ごとのデータをプロットするために使用する予定の補助データセットです。（特に私のカーネル：https://www.kaggle.com/stansilas/maps-are-beautiful-unemployment-is-not/ で使用するため）
そのデータセットには、`highcharter` を使用してインタラクティブな地図をプロットするために必要な情報が含まれていなかったためです。
内容
Kaggle 上のほとんどの人口統計データセットは、`州コード`、`州名`、または `郡名 + 州名` のいずれかを持っていますが、郡名、FIPS コード、州名 + 州コードのすべてを持っているわけではありません。
これらの 2 つのデータセットを使用することで、州郡コードなどの任意の組み合わせを取得することができます。
States.csv には州名 + コードが含まれています。
US counties.csv には郡ごとのデータが含まれています。
