# 背景
私たちは皆、潮汐と月の間に関係があることを知っています。
では、太陽系の天体の位置と地震の間の関連性を探そうとしたらどうでしょう？
そこで、この質問に答えるためのデータセットを用意しました。
# 内容
このデータセットには、1986年5月4日から2016年5月4日までに発生したマグニチュード6.1以上の地震に関する情報と、特定の地震が発生した時点における太陽系の惑星、太陽、そして月の位置（およびその他のパラメータ）が含まれています。
各行には以下の情報が含まれています。
1) 特定の地震に関する情報：
発生した日時、発生場所：緯度と経度、マグニチュード、場所（緯度と経度があるのでこのフィールドは実質的には不要ですが、人間が読みやすいように残しています。例：日本の植木の南西7km）
2) 地震の発生場所の緯度と経度、および発生時刻に対する惑星、月、太陽の情報（位置など）

このデータセットの情報源は2つあります。どちらも無料で一般公開されています。
1) 地震情報：米国地質調査所（USGS）の地震危険性プログラム [https://earthquake.usgs.gov/][1]
2) 太陽系の天体情報：
NGINOV Astropositions：[http://api.nginov][2]
注：NGINOVは方位角の計算方法が少し特殊です（私の知る限り、多くの場合は地理的な北を基準に計算されます）。NGINOVからの注記：
「天文方位角は度または弧度で表されます。基準点として、観測地点の地理的な南を取り、時計回りの角度進行を考えます。」
注：
私は天文学の知識があまり豊富ではありません。太陽系の天体の位置やその他のパラメータと地震の間に関係がある可能性という考えを述べ、2つの情報源からの情報を照合してデータセットにまとめる簡単なアプリを作成しました。このデータセットがこの質問に答える手がかりになればと思います。
