文脈
これは[Mat Kelceyの研究成果][1]から生まれたもので、彼は全畳み込みネットワークを使ってミツバチの数を数えました。私はこのアプローチや、半教師付き学習でデータをラベリングする方法に非常に興味があります。
内容
最初のデータセットには100枚のラベル付き画像がありました。現在、これに500枚のラベル付き画像と約7000枚のラベルなし画像を追加しました。画像は近距離から上から撮影されたもので、ミツバチに寄生するバロアダニなどの寄生虫が見えるかどうかを確認したかったからです。自作のピカメラで集めた、様々な角度や場所の画像も追加していく予定です。
