このデータは[米国疾病対策予防センター](http://www.cdc.gov/nchs/data_access/Vitalstatsonline.htm)から取得され、Googleの[BigQuery Web UI](https://cloud.google.com/bigquery/bigquery-web-ui)を使用して以下のクエリでまとめられました。
