私は、コンピューター生成の飛行機とバウンディングボックスを使って独自の衛星画像を作成し、ResNet物体検出モデルを学習させようと試みました。特定のタイプの飛行機に対してはうまく機能しますが、他のタイプに対してはそうではありません。おそらく後でデータベースを拡張して、ヘリコプターや戦闘機などを含める予定です。ここに、このデータを使った私のモデルの初期結果をいくつか示します。

内容
それぞれ500枚のコンピューター生成の飛行機の衛星画像が入った2つのフォルダと、それぞれの画像に対応するバウンディングボックスの座標が記載されたXMLファイルがあります。私はVTKを使って、Mapboxから取得したランダムな衛星画像の上に貨物機の3Dモデルを配置しました。位置、向き、ピッチ、ヨー、ロール、さらには光の位置と色をランダム化して、いくらかのバリエーションを加えました。使用したのは1種類の飛行機だけなので、最終的に学習させた物体検出モデルは、それに似た飛行機を認識できますが、時には他の旅客機を認識できないことがあります。将来的にはヘリコプターや他のタイプの航空機を追加する予定です。
