バイオメディカルおよびヘルスケア分野におけるビッグデータの進歩により、医療データの正確な分析は、疾病の早期認識、患者ケア、地域サービスに有益です。医療データの品質が不完全な場合、分析の正確性が低下します。さらに、異なる地域では特定の地域病の独特な症状が見られ、これが疾病の発生予測を弱める可能性があります。
このプロジェクトでは、病院からの構造化データと非構造化データを用いて、機械学習の決定木マップ、ナイーブベイズ、ランダムフォレストアルゴリズムを適用します。また、機械学習アルゴリズムを用いてデータを分割します。現時点での研究では、医療ビッグデータ分析の分野において、これらのデータタイプを同時に扱ったものはありません。いくつかの典型的な計算アルゴリズムと比較して、我々が提案するアルゴリズムの計算精度は94.8％に達し、平均速度は単峰型の疾病リスク予測アルゴリズムよりも速く、レポートを生成します。
