私はインドネシアのマイリパブリックの顧客です。加入当初から、ほぼ毎日何らかの問題が発生しています。サービスが信頼できると言える日はほとんどありません。これまでは普段、サポートに連絡するためにTwitterを使っていました。ただ、他の人もTwitterで不満を訴えていることがわかりました。
私が目にするのはすべて問題ばかりなので、このマイリパブリックという会社は、これまでずっと何を改善し、何を維持すべきかを知っているのか疑問に思います。私には、彼らが顧客の不満を聞いていないように見えます。
そこで私はこれらのデータを集めて、不満がどこにあるのかを調べ、おそらくマイリパブリック自身にとって、顧客との関係を維持するためにどの方向に進むべきかについての洞察を得ることを目指しました。
