第二次世界大戦の空爆作戦データセット（https://www.kaggle.com/usaf/world-war-ii）を調査している際に、D-Day上陸作戦が悪天候のため延期されそうになったことを思い出し、その時期の天気報告を探して、爆撃作戦データセットの任務と比較しようとしました。
内容
このデータセットには、世界中の様々な気象観測所で毎日記録された天候状況に関する情報が含まれています。情報には、降水量、降雪量、気温、風速、その日に雷雨やその他の悪天候があったかどうかが含まれます。
謝辞
このデータは、米国国立海洋大気庁（https://www.kaggle.com/noaa）の国立環境情報センターのウェブサイト（https://www.ncdc.noaa.gov/data-access/land-based-station-data/land-based-datasets/world-war-ii-era-data）から取得したものです。
