# CBOとは何ですか？
CBOは、ブラジルの労働市場における特定の職種の存在の認定に関するものです。
CBOの基本構造は1977年に策定されました。これは、ブラジルと国際労働機関（ILO）を通じた国際連合（UN）との間で締結された協定の結果であり、人材計画プロジェクト（BRA/70/550）において、1968年の国際統一職種分類（ISCO）を基に作成されました。
CBOの策定と更新の責任は、1977年11月24日の通達第3654号、1994年12月21日の通達第1334号、および2002年のCBO通達第397号を法的根拠として、労働省（MTE）に委ねられています。これは、国の労働政策のさまざまなプログラムを報告する行政記録の必須の参照資料です。また、雇用・失業統計、職種の出生率と死亡率の調査、職種の転換と再資格化の計画、履歴書の作成、職業教育の計画、求人の追跡、労働力仲介サービスなどにおいて基本的なツールとなっています。
公表以来、CBOは構造的および方法論的な変更を伴わずに部分的な更新が行われてきました。しかし、1988年に新しい国際的な方法論が公表されました。国際労働機関の後援のもと、スペイン語でCIUO 88、英語でISCO 88、フランス語でCITP 88として編集された新しい分類は、集約基準を変更しました。
