# 植物表現型分析用のセマンティックセグメンテーションデータセット
このデータセットは、論文「[ハイスループット胚軸表現型分析のための深層学習ベースのアプローチ](https://www.biorxiv.org/content/10.1101/651729v1)」に付随するデータセットです。
## データセット
このセマンティックセグメンテーションデータセットには、3種の植物の実生（*シロイヌナズナ*、*ウマノチャヒキ*、*アブラナ*）の画像が含まれており、各実生は胚軸と非胚軸の2つの部分に細分化されています。植物生物学では、胚軸の測定を用いていくつかの興味深い疑問に答えることができます。ただし、植物を正確に測定するには、実生の非胚軸部分は考慮に入れないようにする必要があります。
## フォーマット
各フォルダには、特定の種に属する実生から撮影された画像が含まれています。*images*フォルダには、*.png*形式のRGB画像自体が含まれており、*masks*フォルダ内の対応するファイルには、以下のラベルが付けられた8ビットの*.png*形式のラベルエンコード画像が含まれています。
