我々は組織として、SBB旅客輸送の代理として鉄道車両の発注、保守、近代化、運行を行っています。一般的に言って、鉄道車両の保守は、計画的および計画外の保守活動またはタスクに基づいて行われます。データ収集と分析に基づく状態ベースの保守、さらには予測的保守がますます重要になっています。
内容
我々は、2台の高解像度カメラを使用して、特定の鉄道車両の屋根から撮影した一連の画像を提供します。興味深いのは、架線のスライダー要素の「状態」です。画像処理と分析がSBBや他の鉄道事業者がスライダー要素を状態ベースで管理するのに役立つことを目的として、これらの画像を提供する予定です。我々は、テンソルフローを使用した概念実証で、「斜め研磨」と「損傷」を識別し、さらには残りのスライダー要素の厚さを測定することに成功しました。
