HASYには、369種類の記号クラスの32px×32pxの画像が含まれています。合計で、HASYには15万以上の手書き記号のインスタンスが含まれています。

HASYの作成方法
HASYは、最初に[Tho14]で使用され記述されたHWRTデータセットから派生しています。HWRTはオンライン認識データセットであり、手書き記号を画像ではなく点列として含んでいます。したがって、HWRTにはHASYよりも厳密に多くの情報が含まれています。各記録のバウンディングボックスの小さい方の寸法は32pxにスケーリングされました。その後、画像は32px×32pxのバウンディングボックス内に中央配置されました。
