米国労働安全衛生局（Occupational Safety and Health Administration、略称[OSHA]（https://www.osha.gov/ ））は、雇用主に対し、切断、入院治療、失明など、重篤な労働関連の負傷事故をすべて報告することを義務付けています。この義務付けは2015年1月1日から始まりました。
内容：
このデータセットは、それらの報告から得られた情報を提供しており、事故の説明や事故が発生した施設の名称と住所が含まれています。負傷事故は[職業災害分類システム]（https://www.bls.gov/iif/oshoiics.htm ）を使用してコード化されています。データは2015年1月1日から2017年2月28日までの約22,000件の事故を対象としています。26の列で、事故、関係者、雇用主、負傷状況、最終的な結果を説明しています。
