33人の被験者から取得した心臓のMR画像。
各対象のシーケンスは20フレームと長軸に沿った8 - 15枚のスライスから構成され、合計7980枚の画像となります。各被験者xに対応するシーケンスは、sol_yxzt_pat x .mat という名前の異なる.mat（MATLAB）ファイルに格納されています。これらは未処理の生画像で、当初は16ビットのDICOM画像として保存されていました。
上記シーケンスのセグメンテーション。我々は7980枚の画像を手動でセグメント化し、そのうち左心室の心内膜と心外膜が両方とも見える画像を合計5011枚のMR画像と10022個の輪郭にセグメント化しました。各被験者xに対応するセグメンテーションは、manual_seg_32points_pat x .mat という名前の異なる.mat（MATLAB）ファイルに格納されています。各輪郭は画素座標で与えられる32個の点で表されます。
