# 概要
この画像セレクションは、線虫C. elegansを用いて新規抗感染剤を探索するために画面から選択されたコントロール画像です。動物は病原体であるエンテロコッカス・フェカリスに曝露され、未処理または病原体に対する既知の抗生物質であるアンピシリンで処理されました。未処理（陰性コントロール）のワームは主に「死んだ」表現型を示します：ワームは棒状の形をしており、質感がやや不均一です。処理された（アンピシリン、陽性コントロール）ワームは主に「生きている」表現型を示します：ワームは湾曲した形をしており、質感が滑らかです。詳細については、Moyら（ACS Chem Biol, 2009）[http://dx.doi.org/10.1021/cb900084v]を参照してください。
