RIDER Lung CT データセットは、非小細胞肺癌患者の CT スキャン画像の腫瘍変動性を評価するためのデータセットで、15419 枚の画像を含んでいます。このデータセットには 32 人の非小細胞肺癌患者の情報が含まれており、各患者は 15 分以内に同じプロトコルで 2 回の胸部 CT スキャンを行っています。放射線科医は画像内の各腫瘍の最大直径を独立して測定し、コンピュータソフトウェアが測定を支援し、一致性相関係数と Bland - Altman プロットを使用して評価を支援します。
このデータセットは、癌画像アーカイブ TCIA によって 2015 年に公開されました。関連論文には「Data From RIDER – Lung CT：The Cancer Imaging Archive」があります。
