これは、「自己教師付き学習による白血球画像の高速かつ堅牢なセグメンテーション」で使用される白血球（WBC）画像の2つのデータセットであり、細胞画像セグメンテーション手法を評価するために使用できます。
これら2つのデータセットは、画像の色、細胞の形状、背景などの点で互いに大きく異なっており、WBCセグメンテーション手法の堅牢性をより良く評価できます。正解セグメンテーション結果は、ドメインの専門家によって手動で描かれており、核、細胞質、赤血球を含む背景はそれぞれ白、灰色、黒でマークされています。また、当社の手法によるセグメンテーション結果も提出しており、そこではWBC全体の領域が白で、それ以外が黒でマークされています。
データセット1は、中国の江西テコムサイエンス株式会社から取得しました。このデータセットには、300枚の120×120のWBC画像が含まれており、色深度は24ビットです。画像は、N800 - Dモーター駆動の自動焦点顕微鏡とMotic Moticam Pro 252A光学顕微鏡カメラで撮影され、血液塗抹標本は新しく開発された血液学用試薬でWBCを迅速に染色して処理されました。データセット1のほとんどの画像の全体的な背景は黄色に見えます。
説明
データセット1の各画像のクラスラベルは、データセット1のクラスラベル.csvファイルに示されています。ラベル（1 - 5）はそれぞれ好中球、リンパ球、単球、好酸球、好塩基球を表します。
