COVID-CT-Datasetには、216人の患者から収集された、COVID-19の臨床所見を含む349枚のCT画像があります。
これらは ./Images-processed/CT_COVID.zip にあります。
非COVIDのCTスキャン画像は ./Images-processed/CT_NonCOVID.zip にあります。
私たちは ./Data-split にデータ分割を提供しています。データ分割の情報については README for DenseNet_predict.md を参照してください。
メタ情報（例：患者ID、患者情報、DOI、画像のキャプション）は COVID-CT-metaInfo.xlsx にあります。
これらの画像は、medRxiv、bioRxiv、NEJM、JAMA、LancetなどのCOVID-19関連の論文から収集されています。COVID-19の異常を含むCT画像は、論文中の図のキャプションを読むことによって選択されています。データのすべての著作権は、これらの論文の著者と出版社に帰属します。
