無効化されたNPIレポートには、2005年5月23日以降、NPPESにおける現在無効化されているすべてのNPIのNPPESデータ（NPIと無効化日）が含まれています。毎月のレポートには、NPPESにおいて現在のステータスが「無効化」となっているNPIの累積リストが含まれます。（再有効化されたNPIは、NPPESの毎月の無効化NPIレポートから削除されます。）
背景
